Type the URL into your phone’s browser
As shown on the page, type mobile.live.com/hm into your phone’s browser, and then log in on your phone using your Windows Live ID.

Start using Hotmail for mobile
You are now ready to send and receive messages from your phone.

Click Sign in on MSN.com
To preview your inbox alongside daily headlines on MSN.com, click Sign in on the upper-left part of the page. This will take you to the Hotmail sign-in page.

Enter Hotmail password
After signing in, you will be taken back to MSN.com.

Click Show Mail
You can now preview your inbox on MSN.com. And don’t worry, your inbox is private. No one sees it but you.
- Go to the Microsoft Office Outlook Connector site
From Hotmail, you can get to the site by clicking More in the Windows Live Header, then selecting Downloads, and then on the Downloads page click Microsoft Office Outlook Connector. (Note: Microsoft Office Outlook Connector works with Outlook 2007 and 2003.)
- Click Download now
This will begin the download of the Connector.
- Click Outlook Connector in your Outlook menu bar, and select Add a New Account
This will open a window in which you can enter your Hotmail log on information.
- Expand your Hotmail folder in Outlook
After adding your Hotmail account, you can now view your Hotmail and all of its folders in your Outlook inbox. (You first may have to exit and re-start Outlook.)
- View your Contacts and Calendar
Additionally, you can access your Hotmail Calendar and Contacts in Outlook.
