Share your calendar with others.

Get on the same page as your family or friends by sharing your Windows Live Calendar online. To share your schedule with others, simply click the Share button in the top menu bar. If you have several saved calendars, you can click the drop-down arrow to the right of the button to choose which one to share. Check the box next to Share this calendar.

Choose which way you'll be sharing your calendar. You can choose to:

Share your calendar with friends and family — You decide if they can add, edit, or just view events in your calendar; they'll need to have a Windows Live account.  
Send friends a view-only link to your calendar — E-mail a private URL to your friends; they can view the calendar but won't need a Windows Live account. You decide if they see your calendar's details or just whether or not you're busy.  
Make your calendar public — Post a public link; anyone can search for and view your calendar on the Web.  
     

Next, type the e-mail addresses of those you'll be sharing the calendar with and then and choose a permissions level for each. Finally, click Save and your calendar has been shared!
