Put your old scheduling information into your new calendar.
Don't re-enter all your previously scheduled meetings—import them into your new Windows Live Calendar!
First, you'll need to export your old calendar. Simply follow the directions below.
| If using Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 or later: | ||

| • | Save the file to your Desktop | |
| If using Google Calendar: | ||
| • | Go to your Google Calendar page, | |
| • | Click the triangle next to the calendar name | |
| • | Click Calendar Settings in the menu that appears | |
| • | Right-click on the ICS button in the private address section (on the Mac, hold the Control key when you click the mouse) | |
| • | Click Save Link As in Mozilla Firefox or Save Target As in Internet Explorer® and save the file to your Desktop | |
Next, back on your Windows Live Calendar page, click the Import button in the top menu bar. Then, click Browse and locate the ICS file for the calendar you wish to import. Then select Import into an existing calendar and choose the appropriate calendar from the drop-down menu. Finally, choose how to deal with duplicate items, and then click Import calendar to finish the process.
